**This position is eligible for up to $2,500 incentive pay**
Description Summary
Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Administration or related field is required. Six (6) years of relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree. Texas Class C drivers’ license required. Two (2) years of experience required in the field of recreation; experience in coordinating summer day camps preferred. Must have supervisory/ management skills. Knowledge required of: techniques and methods of supervising recreational activities; equipment used in various games, sports, and other recreational activities; principles and techniques of planning and directing group recreational activities.
