We are seeking an experienced Research Associate/Senior Research Associate who will report to the Principal Scientist.

Candidates will be responsible for the execution of all technical tasks and data analysis associated with preclinical research projects.

Essential Functions

Candidates will need to be innovative, independent, and motivated professionals. Experience needed in the following areas: maintenance of cell cultures, cell based-immune function assays, ELISA, multi-color flow cytometry. Ability to perform analytical assays using ELISA, MSD, IncuCyte, and related techniques. Experience with troubleshooting assays and should be capable of data analysis, data presentation, and interested in learning new areas of research.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities

• BS, MS, in any discipline of scientific discipline
• Experience in cell culture, immune function assays, flow cytometry, within a drug discovery organization or a CRO.
• Deep knowledge of functional analysis using different analytical techniques.
• Working in an environment of teamwork and collaboration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and proven success working in matrix environments.
