ABOUT THE POSITION

SunRay’s Construction Paralegal is one of the most important positions in the company. This person will be responsible for a variety of important tasks including reading statutes, preparing construction documents, and offering exceptional customer service and support.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

· Analyzing title documents and legal descriptions of the property.

· E-recording documents

· Ability to navigate public records

· Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.

· Highest commitment to customer service

· Self-motivated, goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed

· Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and listening)

· Strong computer skills; MS Office, Outlook, and Internet search engines
