Messner Reeves LLP, a full-service, business law firm, with 11 offices nationwide is seeking a Real Estate Attorney with significant Retail Leasing experience for our New York office.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Associate or Partner Level
• 2-20 years of transactional real estate experience.
• Experience handling all phases of real estate transactions including leasing, development as well as acquisition and disposition.
• Experience drafting and negotiating office, mixed-use, and retail leases, and related leasing documents.
• Experience in title and survey examination.
• Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, and adherence to strict deadlines.
• Superior analytical and legal research skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Licensed to practice law in New York and/or New Jersey.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
