We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced real estate professional to join us as a licensed instructor. In this role, you will be responsible for mentoring and coaching new leasing agents and brokers, imparting the finest training and education to equip them with the essential skills and expertise to thrive in the industry.

Job responsibilities:

• Conduct courses and seminars on real estate principles, practices, and laws, inspiring new agents and brokers through your teaching

• Elevate student performance with personalized mentoring, coaching, and constructive feedback

• Develop innovative course materials and curriculum to ensure an outstanding education for your students

• Utilize your vast experience and extensive network to offer valuable insights and advice to your students

• Work collaboratively with the Hudson Burnham Real Estate team to provide students with a consistent flow of real estate leads

Requirements:

• An active real estate license

• An active estate instructor license

• A substantial book of business and at least 4 years of experience in the industry

• Expertise in real estate principles, practices and laws

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• The ability to work collaboratively and motivate students

• Strong coaching and mentoring skills

• Must be able to hang license with Hudson Burnham Real Estate

Compensation:

The estimated earnings for this position are $40,000-$60,000 on top of current real estate commission for a total estimated earnings of $120,000-$250,000 per year. Additionally, Hudson Burnham Real Estate will provide a steady stream of real estate leads to the instructor.
