Job description

We’re looking for a bilingual (preferred) proactive, organized, persistent Executive Assistant to play a key role in our team. You’ll be responsible for assisting our operational functions of a real estate fix and flipping company.

These functions include helping with deadlines for rehabs, assisting in overseeing overseas marketing assistants, helping with calendar management of the owner, and other key functions. Compensation:

$45,000 - $60,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Manage office duties such as organizing filing systems and ordering office equipment and supplies
  • Manage schedules including itineraries, travel arrangements, and team meetings
  • Help prepare meetings and take detailed minutes

  • Streamline SOPs for Marketing and Rehab Management
  • Assist with rehab management by sourcing materials and keeping permits on time
  • Assist Sales Team with Running Comparable Sales
  • Keep team accountable for their KPIs in Daily/ Weekly Meetings
  • Interact with the bookkeeper weekly by earmarking expenditures

Qualifications:
  • Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required
  • Comfortable meeting deadlines and handling confidential information
  • 2 or more years as an assistant, executive assistant, or in a position performing supportive duties

  • Experience keeping projects on timeline and budget
  • Fortitude to be persistent and push projects through till the end
