The LFS Group is looking for a Quality Engineer that has experience starting up a Quality team in a manufacturing environment! The position of Quality Engineer is focused on maintaining a consistent of level of elevated quality for
the glaze formulation and incoming material streams. Generous relocation package available to selected candidate!
Job Responsibilities:
Safety First, Quality Always
Oversees QMS platform
Claims Management
Packed Stock Audits
Leads CAPAs
DMAIC problem solving or similar
Direct Report – Lead Auditor to start
Required Qualifications:
3+ Years of Quality Management in a manufacturing environment
Previously formed a start up Quality Team
Experience and Knowledge Preferred
Formal quality certification
1+Years ERP system experience
Quality related certification, experience, or degree.
Preferred:
Lean Sigma Six or Blackbelt training
Previous role in a startup quality department
Experience working in ceramic tile or Quality in the same industry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $59,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
