Emerald EMS is an electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider for original equipment manufacturer (OEM) customers, focusing on high-reliability electronic assemblies. With design and manufacturing facilities in California, Michigan, and New Hampshire, as well as in Shenzhen, China, Emerald EMS specializes in high mix, low- to medium-volume manufacturing for high-reliability markets in the Aerospace/Defense, Industrial Controls, Life Sciences, Power & Infrastructure, Semiconductor and Telecommunications sectors. Responsibilities:

Filing and maintaining Quality Documentation
-
Assist in the preparation of technical documentation for the customer
-
Collect information from customer documentation and/or cross-functional departments to create a quality package for the customer

Obtain photos of finished product, organize and place on the server as needed

Generate certificate of conformance per customer/internal requirements

Among other duties
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
-
High School Diploma or equivalent plus 2 years experience in Contract Manufacturing industry or similar experience
-
Experience in engineering or manufacturing related documents
-
Experience in aerospace and defense industry, medical, or any regulated industry a plus
-
Knowledge of manufacturing monitoring and MRP systems
Language:
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Ability to read, interpret and develop documents, instructions, operation manuals, safety rules, etc.
Technical Skills:
-
Possess the technical knowledge necessary to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job
Certificates:
-
AS9102 and/or ISO901/13485 is a plus
-
IPC600/610/620 and/or J-STD-001 is a plus
