$60K - $70K, based on experience
1 ST Shift
Position Summary
Oversees inspection and testing of materials, parts, and products to ensure adherence to established standards of strength, quality, and endurance. Also responsible for operating mechanical and electrical test equipment to check apparatus for conformance to standard requirements.
Will oversee quality clerks and some quality temp associates.

Essential Job Functions

- Prior experience supervising quality departments at multiple sites, including establishing goals, best practices, schedules, priorities, staffing and training
- Knowledge in conducting root cause analysis investigations for quality department failures
- Highly skilled at ensuring that quality operations including internal/regulatory audits, investigations, regulatory document reviews, SOP’s, change control documentation (including verification and validation) are properly implemented, conducted and documented
- Self-starter at reviewing and approving deviations, and customer complaint responses
- Partnering with the Quality Assurance Manager to monitor and ensure that all customer requirements and expectations are exceeded
- Exceptional quality background in GMP regulatory and customer requirements in handling, packaging, and shipping of quality finished goods product
