The purpose and responsibilities of the Job Site Visitor is to visit our in-progress installation. The responsibilities of the Job Site Visitor are, in part, to ensure our installation teams are providing our customers with the highest level of customer service. Additionally, the Job Site Visitor will ensure all proper installation, safety and clean-up procedures are being executed to the highest standard.

PRIMARY OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF Job Site Visitor:

• Visit in progress installations within assigned territory on a daily basis
• Visiting jobs at varying times to see crews during each part of process (i.e. beginning, middle, end)
• Converse with customers to ensure they are happy with their experience
• Coach as needed installers and/or report back to Production manager for areas of opportunity for install teams
• Ensure Lead Safe Work Practices are properly followed (when applicable)
• Work in conjunction with customer care manager to ensure highest level of satisfaction for our customers.
• Fill out required documentation of visits for each installation visited.
• Assist with Permit inspections and issues as needed.

Requirements for this position include:

• 2 years of Window and Door Installation Experience
• 2 years of General Carpentry Experience
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Great Communication Skills- Written and Verbal
• Detail Oriented
• Understanding of Construction Site Operations
• Understanding of Safe Work Practices

Top candidates will possess the following skills:

• 2-3 years of window/door installation experience
• Metal break experience and finishing skills

PRODUCTION COORDINATOR COMPENSATION PLAN:

• Employee will earn $22.00 per hour w/ a 40-hour work week (could include occasional Saturdays)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour
