The Job:

The Residence at Grand Mesa Assisted Living is looking for a QMAP to join our expanding team! As a QMAP in our team, you will perform various tasks that include:

• Passing Medications
• Assisting Residents with Activities of Daily Living and Care Needs when needed
• Light housekeeping when needed
• Documentation and Reporting
• Assisting with Meal Services
• Communicating with Family Members
• Prepare Medication Reordering List
• Provide Personal Care
• Document Medication Administration and Personal Care
• Respond to and properly address emergent situations
• Follow Verbal and Written Instructions

The Qualifications:

You will be a great fit as a QMAP on our team if you are fun, friendly, patient and caring by nature. As well as possessing excellent communications skills.

Candidate must possess current QMAP certification.

CRP/Frist Aide is a bonus, but not required.

The Schedule:

We are currently hiring for multiple QMAP positions as we continue to grow. We currently are looking for both part time and full time QMAPS. We currently have availability on day shift (6:45am - 2:45pm), evening (2:45pm - 10:45pm), shift and over night shifts (10:5pm - 6:45am. Working a combination of two shifts may be required. Weekend shifts are required for this position.
