Our assistant managers learn everything about the superfoods in our handcrafted and made-to-order superfood smoothies, acai bowls and cold pressed juice. Job details include but are not limited to;

Manage all aspects of the store, front-of-the house, and back-of-the-house operations as well as local corporate and vendor relationship business.

Lead, manage and direct the financial aspects of the operation.

Oversee and maintain the company’s SOP’s (standard operating procedures) and guidelines.

Operate the business according to all federal, state and city laws and codes.

Lead all human resource policies and issues.

Professionally represent Pure Green to the greater community.

Effectively run the front of the operation by being involved and hands-on fully engaged in:

· Hiring & training of all personnel

· All guest issues

· Quality control

· Hospitality – fully engaged in service

· Controlling flow and cycle of service

· Support and control BOH

· Purchasing and inventory of food and beverage

· Cleanliness/sanitation and good condition of the physical property

Position Overview

You will be an ambassador of Pure Green and our core values. You will be an integral part of the guest experience, through the face-to-face guest interaction and hospitality standards that sets us apart.

You will be responsible for crafting thoughtful and personalized experiences for our guests from greeting them, making their smoothies and acai bowls on the line and, ending their experience in an uplifting way at the cashier station.
