Psychiatrist Procedural
Job description
As a Procedural Psychiatrist you will join a long-established, interventional psychiatry program providing a full range of techniques including Infusion therapies (Ketamine based therapies), Electroconvulsive therapy (ECT), TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation), and VNS (Vagal Nerve Stimulation). The program currently provides upwards of 14,000 procedures and interventional consultations per year. If you are not currently trained and practicing in these areas, we are also open to offering training for you and have an established training program.
Procedural Psychiatrists work onsite as part of a 7-physician team, 4-5 days per week. Work location is at one of the Kaiser Permanente procedural sites (Mt. Scott Medical Office in Clackamas, OR and/or Cascade Park Medical office in Vancouver, WA).
You will need to demonstrate both flexibility and adaptability as we continue to evolve our care model to meet our patient’s needs. It is preferred that you have experience with digital technologies (Telehealth, and digital health) as some of your work may be done virtually for procedural consultation and follow-up.
