Job Description:
Davis Behavioral Health, Inc. is seeking a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join its Adult outpatient medical team.
This position will be housed at the DBH Main Street Clinic located at 934 South Main Street or 2250 North 1700 West in Layton, Utah .

Duties associated with this position include, but are not limited to:

Essential Functions

• Performs medical/ psychiatric assessments.
• Performs psychiatric evaluations.
• Provides consultations with clients.
• Responsible for Medication Management.
• Responsible for providing medications according to approved formulary.

Additional Responsibilities

• Responsible for meeting quality expectations of accuracy, completeness, and is responsive to feedback.
• Meets timeliness expectations of completing work as scheduled, demonstrating self-paced performance, and adjusting priorities as needed.
• Professionally relates to clients and peers at all times.
• Participates in weekly staff meetings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Compensation
The annual compensation for this position is $135,000+ based on experience, tenure as a fully-licensed APRN, and in line with current staff at DBH with similar experience.

Required Experience:

Minimum Qualifications*
Master of Nursing degree from an accredited university. Must be licensed as an Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the State of Utah and be board certified as a psychiatric nurse practitioner with the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Preference will be given for applicants who are fluent in a second language and have proficient computer skills.
All DBH employees must successfully pass both a pre-employment criminal background screening and drug screening.
