Manager, Property Marketing

The Property Marketing Manager works with the property marketing team to support the marketing activities associated with helping commercial real estate owners market their existing buildings or buildable land to prospective occupants and developers. The ideal candidate can help tell stories cohesively and simply, has an acute eye for detail, and can manage multiple projects and priorities. This person will primarily spend their time:

Managing projects and workflow for all assigned marketing tactics
Coordinating with internal/external design teams and vendors to ensure project timelines are met
Ensuring property marketing materials are up to date and organized appropriately across all JLL platforms

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with marketers, business partners and 3rd party vendors to gather/curate content and execute marketing tactics including brochure development email campaigns, social media engagement, websites, direct mail and events
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction from property marketing team
Develop creative briefs to engage with Design Hub and partners
Oversee photography and videography as needed to support assigned properties
Develop and coordinate email campaigns through our marketing automation tool (Eloqua experience preferred)
Build and maintain internal stakeholder and external vendor relationships
Actively and regularly update contact/distribution lists
Maintain portfolio of marketing deliverables and share best-in-class creative with network and JLL teams.
Support broker open houses, including onsite staffing and management of outside vendors
Offer support with special projects as needed and as time allows

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience preferred
Minimum of 5-9 years in marketing and/or business development role – a fast-paced work environment preferred, or commensurate experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Adaptability – maintain effectiveness in varying environments and with various types of people
Ability to multi-task and work on a variety of different projects/tasks at once
Outstanding organizational and project management skills
Team oriented; works well with others in a cross-functional way to get the job done
Is a self-starter; able to start and complete projects independently
Excellent written and oral communications; conveys ideas clearly and concisely
Impeccable attention to detail; completes projects and tasks with thoroughness at each step
Advanced Microsoft office product knowledge –Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Adobe InDesign proficiency required
Travel required: < 10%
