The Connection House is currently seeking a dynamic and extremely outgoing Property and Casualty Insurance Agent for our latest Client. This is a family-owned agency that has been serving the community for over 50 years and wants to make insurance fun! A people person and self-starter is what’s needed for this position due to the fact you will be attending numerous networking events and monthly luncheons. Building relationships with businesses is key here which will lead to sales. This position is remote but you will also be in the field. Candidate must live no more than thirty minutes outside the Villa Rica or Temple, Ga area and attend at least two office meetings per month. We are really looking for that candidate who wants to build something and be the best representative for the Client’s Agency. Client offers base salary and commission with a sliding scale depending on how candidate performs.

What We Offer

· $40,000 base salary

· 80% commission of the policy that candidate sells in the first 60 days.

· Bonuses for meeting production

· Profit Sharing

· Computer / laptop / printer provided for home office

· 38 Cents a mile from candidate’s home to networking events and lunches that will be paid for by Client. These events are located in Villa Rica, Douglasville, Carrollton, Bremen and Temple.

· Flexible schedule

What You Offer

· Minimum of 2 years’ experience / 4 years preferred

· Reliable transportation

· Valid driver’s license

· Proficient in Office Suite

· Knowledge of EZLynx (Client willing to train)

· Knowledge of Property and Casualty Insurance

· Sales Background

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
