- Erstellen von Brandschutzkonzepten
- Erstellen von Brandschutzplänen, Flucht- und Rettungsplänen, Bestuhlungsplänen und Feuerwehrplänen
- stichprobenhafte Kontrollen auf Baustellen / Fachbauleitung Brandschutz
- Abstimmungen und Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden
- Durchführung von Evakuierungsübungen
Voraussetzungen:
- Grundkenntnisse im Bauordnungsrecht
- Grundkenntnisse CAD
- Zuverlässigkeit
- Mobilität (Bürostandort Kölner Norden, Gewerbegebiet Feldkassel)
