Tasks

You will be involved in the digitization of this industry in what is probably the most exciting time since the invention of the automobile?

Your input as Project Manager Software Development (m/f/d) includes essentially:

• Technical and business responsibility for projects
• Intensive contact with customers
• Support for the acquisition of new projects
• Cooperation with the development team regarding the conception of suitable software solutions, under consideration of the customer's requirements and the customer's existing ecosystem.
• Selection of a suitable software technology stack
• Active monitoring of the implementation
• Optimization of our processes and toolchains

We work agilely in distributed teams, practice remote work and promote an open communication culture.

Qualification

• Completed study / completed apprenticeship in informatics
• Solid experience in project management
• Several years of work experience in conceptual design of software solutions
• Experience with agile methods such as Scrum
• Acquaintance with tools such as GitHub, Confluence, and Jira
• Previous experience with CMMI or A-SPICE would be an advantage
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
• Friendly and confident appearance towards customers
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Teamwork
