Cybersoft Technologies is looking to add a Project Mentor to the Customer Success team. As a member of Customer Success you will assist K-12 customers in the onboarding, implementation and training of our software solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

Guide customers through the implementation process and maintain project details using the project management software

Provide configuration training and QA sessions to include how software helps customers meet USDA guidelines

Work closely with School Foodservice Department Administrators and Support teams to develop project plans, prepare data imports, and monitor all aspects of the software implementation process

Track and report on key project deliverables, assess project needs, and adjust project plans as needed

Collaborate with other PrimeroEdge team members to resolve customer issues through collaboration and teamwork

Provide phone and email support with direct customer contact, logging detailed information for each contact

Deliver innovative, stimulating, and effective training and documentation for internal and external customers as needed

Conduct meetings both internal and external using conference call and webinar system or in person as needed

Who You Are:
You have strong presentation and group facilitation skills both online and, in the classroom

You are familiar and competent with audience-engagement methods and technique

You can grasp technical concepts and can learn software solutions quickly

You have excellent written and verbal English skills

Y ou have a genuine interest in working with people in a fast-paced environment on multiple project

You can work independently without supervision

You can work flexible hours as customer needs arise

Required Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Project management, functional training, and adult learning

Advanced working knowledge of MS Office applications

Preferred Experience

Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal) a plus

Experience with developing and maintaining project plans or project management experience.

Experience in classroom settings or virtual classrooms via web-conferencing tools

K-12 School or Child Nutrition/School Food Service Experience is a plus
