We are a 77-year old company undergoing a transformation from older, manual systems—to new technology, systems, and processes. As part of that, we are also growing our leadership team, including the project management department.

The company has created works of art out of premium wood for Colonial Country Club, The Kimbell Art Museum, and thousands of corporate and residential clients since our founding in 1946.

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and successfully delivering large, often complex projects for both residential and commercial clients. Your expertise in construction (millwork is a bonus) will be invaluable in ensuring the smooth planning, execution, and completion of projects while meeting deadlines, budgetary requirements—and most importantly, delighting the client.

This role calls for exceptional organizational abilities, the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively, and excellent communication skills. You must thrive in bringing order to what can at times be chaotic.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate honestly and transparently with our clients
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of large, often complex millwork projects—from inception to completion
  • Create comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets that align with our clients' requirements
  • Lead cross-functional teams, collaborating with architects, designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery
  • Monitor project progress closely, providing regular updates to stakeholders and addressing any potential issues promptly
  • Identify potential risks and devise effective strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the project stays on track
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with external trades and partners, coordinating their involvement in project activities
  • Uphold a strict adherence to project timelines and budgetary constraints to ensure projects are completed punctually and within financial parameters

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
