Blue Ridge Custom Homes is a medium-size Custom Home Builder /Remodeler in the Greater Richmond, VA Area. Our company has been locally owned and operated for 19 years, looking to have our most successful year yet. We are looking to hire another project manager to handle our increased work load in our Home Additions/Remodel Division. Ideal candidates are experienced enough to supervise the construction of a large custom Remodel/Addition.

Local class “A” contractor looking for an experienced Renovation Project Manager to oversee our additional projects in the greater Richmond Area. Our renovations range from the early 19 century through 2023 new construction. Because of this the candidate must have a great working knowledge of all aspects of renovating homes over this time period. Candidate must have experience and prior success managing subcontractors, timelines, and budgets. The candidate must be excellent in communication (verbal and written) and can interact with grace, confidence, and knowledge with our clients. This individual must also possess computer skills and have experience using excel. OSHA certified a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
