We are a growing e-commerce women’s accessories brand with a cause looking for someone to work on site who loves a fast paced day, is kind and conscientious, and comfortable taking the initiative to manage daily operations. By on site, we mean our Lakeville warehouse, so preferably you live nearby so hours aren't compromised by an expensive, time consuming commute. Hours are generally Monday through Friday, but hours fluctuate based on volume of customer orders and other tasks. Must be willing to flex up to 40 hours per week during high volume times.

Your daily priority will include accurately fulfilling customer orders, making sure they ship the next business day whenever possible. Customer orders come in through multiple online selling channels so this job requires computer savvy and tolerance for multiple operating procedures. This position will be expected to follow very detailed shipping instructions for our large retail accounts, with a low tolerance for error. This position will work up to management and fulfillment of purchase orders with our key accounts.

Daily operations also include receiving product shipments where the garage door opens and we experience the fresh air during all seasons. The process repeats at the end of the day when the daily outgoing shipments to customers are picked up. Speaking of shipments, you must be able to lift up to 45 pound boxes. This is not a desk job. This job could be thought of as a productive way to get some weight bearing exercise and progress toward your daily steps goal. We want to work with someone who chooses a positive, can do mindset.
