What you will enjoy doing

• As a Project Manager Execution (m/f/d) you will lead interdisciplinary teams throughout a wide range of projects such as hydrogen and electrolysis, carbon capture, purification, liquefaction and storage, and air separation
• You will have full responsibility for the project execution and internal resource to help you successfully deliver your projects
• From the concept phase until the final handover to the client you, the Project Manager Execution will be the face towards our international clients and the first point of contact for all technical and contractual requests
• Further you have fully responsible for engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning of plants on a global level
• You develop project strategies and execution plans and implement them, as well to setup of the project and its organization is part of your role
• You have leadership of the project team and management of project costs, schedule and quality
• In addition you will be planning and conducting important project meetings and reviews
• Active risk and change management, as well as the identification and follow up of necessary corrective measures which are required in this function
• You will participate in the development and implementation of the project QHSE program
• Further you will create project reports and presentations to management, partners and clients
• Familiarization of contracts with the client and partners as well as the intelligent implementation of contract requirements
• You manage the project during the various project phases at locations such as Linde entities, partners and on site as needed

What makes you great

• You have a master's degree in mechanical engineering, construction, process engineering or similar
• Extensive professional experience in project execution incl. scheduling and cost controlling
• Strong communication skills and a delicacy of feeling while communicating to international clients and partners in a fast-paced environment
• Social competence, conflict management, negotiation skills and leadership qualities round off your profile
• You must have knowledge and understanding of commercial procedures a matter of course
• Further you have a quick comprehension of complex issues
• Willingness to travel is needed for this role
• Understanding and acceptance of foreign cultures, and you have strong MS Office skills
• You are competent in English and in German, both verbally and in writing
