Due to growth, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager for Commercial Drywall division in the greater Gastonia, NC metro area.

Project Manager Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate work in field with client Superintendents and company foreman
• Must have a take initiative mindset
• Quality Control- Review installed work and confirm installed per plans & specs
• Receive awarded projects from preconstruction department
• Manage day to day operations for project
• Ability to mulit-task and manage multiple projects at once
• Emphasis on overall client experience & Employee Safety
• Ability to price and submit change orders as needed
• Understand change directive and overall impact on project schedule and timelines
• Coordinate with material vendors for ordering material and ensure of Timely deliveries
• Monitor and maintain project schedules and completion dates

Qualifications include:

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Commercial Drywall as project manager preferred
• Great communication and organizational skills
• Great at problem solving and thinking ahead
• Strong attention to detail
