We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our construction team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing commercial construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and our team of skilled tradespeople to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a permanent position that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from pre-construction to closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that project plans are executed correctly
• Communicate with clients on a regular basis to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues
• Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members and subcontractors to ensure that work is completed efficiently and effectively
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure that work is being completed according to project plans and specifications
• Manage project risks and develop contingency plans as needed to minimize project delays and cost overruns

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, including estimating, scheduling, and project management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Proficiency in project management software, such as Procore or PlanGrid
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field is preferred, but not required
