Comment: The project itself is with HR to update 250+ job descriptions and create a structured pay plan to assign each job description based on market analysis. At the conclusion of this project, the Judicial Department will have all new job descriptions that reflect the work being done, salary that is competitive in the market, and a comparison plan that allows movement through the range. While it was noted as a preference, we believe a quality PM can accomplish this without any prior knowledge of HR or system.

- We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager. The primary responsibility is leading and managing a very large, high visibility HR project to successful completion.
- Responsibilities:
- Overall project management to ensure the project is delivered on-time, on-budget, and in-scope.
- Partners with key project team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Ensures team roles and responsibilities are clearly defined, manages the schedule.
- Manages issue resolution and risk mitigation.
- Communicates project status, risks, and issues to project team and key stakeholders.
- Serves as the main source for one “version of the truth” for the overall project status.
- Use appropriate project management tools, reports, templates, mentoring, training, and coaching to IT project teams. Prefer experience managing project in ServiceNow ITBM/SPM.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing projects.
- Preferred Experience
- Project management experience with a focus on HR compensation, HR systems, and processes.
- Leading large scale projects requiring interactions with executive level stakeholders.
