Ferguson is currently seeking a Project Management Coordinator to join our team! This position will focus on Plant projects with a heavy emphasis in handling submittals. Product data packages “Submittals” play a big part in the success of each project. We’re looking for an associate that is comfortable handling High-profile projects and capable of tracking the success rate of each submittal package. The goal being to have a 90% approval rate on all submittal packages.

This is a remote role that will support customers nationally across the Strategic Infrastructure Group. The role will operate within the Central Time Zone, so our ideal candidate will live within the local Central U.S. However, the majority of work will be handled virtually, so anyone in the U.S. with our desired qualifications who possess a strong remote presence and a high degree of autonomy, willing to work an CST schedule, will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Complete Submittal Packages for Waste Treatment Plant, Wastewater Treatment Plant, and other infrastructure Projects.
  • Accurately review plans and specification to ensure product data and scope are correct.
  • Handle issues and unresolved customer concerns.
  • Responsible for setting up submittal log and tracking approved product data.
  • Support Project Managers in all phases of the project.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Ensure client's needs are met as project evolves.
  • Coordinate team meetings between team members and clients.
  • Track and communicate any issues on submittal packages.
  • Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years Waterworks and/or plant experience and previous knowledge of putting submittal packages together preferred.
  • General knowledge of Water & Wastewater Materials and Vendors.
  • Able to accurately review construction plans and specifications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize work.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to efficiently operate computers, tablets, and mobile devices.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.

    Pay Range:

      Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.

        $23.08 - $30.77

          Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

            This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
