The Opportunity:
The Pegasus Innovation Lab (iLab) in the Division of Digital Learning (DDL) is seeking a Project Coordinator I. The Project Coordinator will work directly with the iLab Program Director to strategically align, promote, and provide project management support for initiatives that contribute to our mission, which is to serve as an incubator for the next generation of digital learning by supporting faculty and staff in piloting, refining, and evaluating innovations that positively impact student success at scale. This includes managing project tasks, processes, and reporting for digital learning initiatives and events as well as supporting faculty participants. This position requires close collaboration with faculty, internal DDL staff, and other divisions of the university as well as coordination with organizations outside of UCF.
Responsibilities:
Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Coordinate the tasks and responsibilities for iLab projects and initiatives
  • Generate, track, and report project data
  • Maintain relationships with project teams and stakeholders
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Develop and document processes and procedures
  • Develop and maintain website content in WordPress
  • Provide event support including task management for the planning committee, coordinating proposal reviews, and general support at the live event
  • Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Teams and the Office Suite
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Previous experience hosting large meetings in Zoom or a similar platform
  • Previous experience editing web pages in WordPress
  • Previous experience with Eventbrite or similar event registration system
  • Previous experience in higher education
  • Previous experience working directly with faculty
  • Previous experience working with large, cross-functional project teams
  • Previous experience with each duty listed
