Full Job Description
Personal assistant/ project coordinator for a commercial Real Estate Developer. We work with a team of Architects, engineers, General Contractors, and other industry-related disciplines for the design, entitlement, and construction of fast-food corners.
The successful candidate will need to be able to show initiative and diligence in communicating and implementing the project goals while dealing with architects, civil engineers, utility companies, city planning departments, etc.
looking for a responsible dedicated person who has the needed discipline and a home office environment to diligently follow up on tasks and make sure that all disciplines are functioning.
knowledge of Real Estate Development and construction is a plus.
Main responsibilities:
- Track and maintain project documentation, including plans, contracts, change orders, submittals, and RFI’s.
- Maintains filing systems electronically.
- Ensure that all documents are filed in the correct location so that they can be located quickly when needed.
- Coordinate City permits for any Construction project.
- Coordinate with local utility companies on requirements
- Manages calendars and schedules appointments.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, DocuSign, and Adobe.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
