About the Job

GSX is seeking to hire a Project Administrator to support the Certified Department of Defense All-Source Analyst (CDASA) Professional Certification Program. The Project Administrator shall provide analysis, assessment, technical and business area expertise.

More Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for CDASA program communications and taskings
  • Facilitate weekly meetings, update task tracker slides, and distribute meeting minutes
  • Organize and maintain filing system and content for consistency and content security
  • Ensure program SharePoint sites, and other public media, are current and standardized
  • Prepare for Governance Council (GC) meetings; advise the Program Manager, as neededGenerate meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and slide decks for GC and other meetings

Communicate updates and distribute meeting materials to invitees and attendees

  • Update existing program documents to ensure compliance with program guidance
  • Compose and/or prepare correspondence, memoranda, promotional materials, forms, newsletters, manuals, internal procedures, and reports using appropriate word processing and spreadsheet tools
  • Perform basic statistical calculations on program data for reports and presentations
  • Maintain Program Non-Disclosure Agreements and Conflict of Interest forms
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed to support program mission and functions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current Top Secret Clearance
  • Willingness to get a counterintelligence (CI) polygraph

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • Four (4) or more years of experience providing program support
  • Experience with certification programs
  • Experience with SharePoint
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
