GENERAL PURPOSE:
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the job. Backs project managers through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Create and manage project budgets with PM
· Create and manage templates for the field
· Maintain project document control process including document revisions log
· Monitor contracts and prepare progress reports
· Coordinate and publish project daily paperwork
· Ensure project purchase receipts are submitted timely to AP
· Coordinate and oversee schedules made by PM
· Schedule project specific meetings
· Process invoices and weekly payroll via Foundation
· Compose RFI's and submittals
· Productivity Tracking
· Pre-planning assistance
· Data entry
· New hire and union paperwork
· Maintain updated progress photos
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
