We are seeking a results-driven and highly analytical Programmatic Growth Manager.
The Programmatic Growth Manager will be the ambassador of Amplify for Outbrain’s Programmatic Supply, working with account managers, sales, product, and operations teams globally to maintain revenue growth while owning Growth key projects for scaling the Programmatic activity in Outbrain.

A day in the life

  • Act as the “programmatic ambassador” for internal and external stakeholders while maintaining a deep understanding of programmatic trading technologies and RTB bid stream.
  • Provide performance insights and identify trends through deep analysis, utilizing BI, tech tools, and platforms.
  • Take ownership of revenue and growth goals and projects and seek new opportunities to increase programmatic activity.
  • Own multiple Revenue Growth large-scale projects from A-Z.
  • Be a contributor, from a business and product perspective to the ongoing process of solidifying the technical flow and business aspects.

What you’ll bring

  • 2 years of experience in Ad-tech/Marketing-tech- MUST
  • At least 1 year of experience with Programmatic Technologies in place, such as RTB, DSPs, SSPs and DMPs - Advantage
  • Deep understanding of either RTB protocol, mobile attribution
  • A highly analytical person who enjoys working with large sets of data, including advanced usage of Excel, Google Sheets, and BI Platforms. (SQL - Major advantage)
  • Ability to combine highly technical skills with relationship-building skills to be able to provide both analysis and business insights.
  • Ability to be a Project Owner, working simultaneously on multiple projects and delivering results while maintaining routine tasks.
  • A natural team player who has an inclusive approach but also the ability to make key decisions based on experience.
  • Independent and proactive, managing multiple priorities with excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to reach out to key stakeholders for assistance.
  • Ability to perform in a multifaceted role - Comfortable in a role that requires a breadth of experience and skillsets, from working with multiple internal teams to presenting Slide Shows to management.
