- This position will be supporting the Cloud market for Broadband Networks.
- Develop project plans and timelines for targeted tasks and manage to them.
- Execute plans and decisions related to the program.
- Participate and collaborate in RFP and proposal generation.
- Participate and engage in customer calls including contract/pricing/scope negotiations.
- Serve as single Point-of-Contact for escalation and resolution of issues arising out of the working teams.
- Onboard new programs including leading calls, process modifications, and development of SLA and KPI metrics.
- Manage assigned projects from beginning to completion, ensuring that all activities are coordinated, completed and kept current.
- Develop and track KPI metrics against contractual requirements to ensure the success of the program.
- Serve as liaison across customer units to obtain a thorough knowledge of procedures, as well as to understand the Company’s ability to procure and manage orders for successful project completion.
- Prepare both formal and informal presentations to all levels of management that effectively communicates the health and status of the program.
- Bachelor’s Degree strongly desired
- 3+ years of experience managing ongoing projects or programs is required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Customer service orientation with a strong problem-solving approach
- Ability to communicate across multiple service groups to both internal and external customers as well as with all levels within the organization
- Performance metrics experience
- Effective quantitative analysis & analytical skills
