Job description

Join a small, dynamic team at RCASA working with survivors of Sexual Assault. Will have a counseling caseload which may include assessments, individual, family and group counseling. Will also support program coordination and development. Experience with telehealth and trauma a must. Must be energetic, reliable, flexible and outcomes driven. Must be flexible as needed to serve: Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, Stafford, Caroline and King George Counties.

Responsibilities include:

- Engaging new clients

- Facilitating assessments, individual and group sessions via web and in-person

- Supervising approximately 1-2 staff

- Regular, timely documentation in electronic record

- Participating in internal and external meetings.

Requirements:

- Masters degree

- Able to work with diverse populations including teens and adults

- Understanding of trauma-informed care

- Innate leader that takes initiative and can work independently and with a team

- Innovative and tenacious with ability to engage

- Flexible scheduling.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $26.00 - $31.00 per hour
