Program Manager (DoD Logistics)

NDI Engineering Company is seeking a Program Manager to support DoD logistics management programs.

· Ten (10) years of experience as a Program Manager supporting DoD logistics management with at least five (5) years supporting US Navy ILS related programs

· Target experience should include the development, repair, installation, modification, operation, testing and maintenance of Government systems, including demonstrated experience in scheduling (Microsoft Project), planning, estimating, project control, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) management, subcontract management, project progress tracking, Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) concepts, processes, procedures and Earned Value concepts.

· Direct experience with acquisition logistics planning and execution through the program life cycle phases of US Naval ships and equipment.

· Providing program and logistics planning and support for US Navy new construction ship classes to ensure a smooth transition to the life cycle sustainment phase, conducting trend analysis and generating performance metrics, analyzing proposed shipbuilder changes and design alternatives to identify logistics impacts, and developing/reviewing logistics support documentation.

· Developing and updating ILS documentation and planned ILS products associated with Shipboard HM&E systems. Support will include Configuration Management, Obsolescence Management and DMSMS support, Reliability-Centered Maintenance, Provisioning and Technical Documentation, Manpower, Personnel and Training Support, Planned Maintenance System/Technical Feedback, Technical Manuals, Training, SISCAL, Operation Sequencing System, Life Cycle Sustainment and Interim Support Plans.

· Providing engineering support to review and update ILS documentation including drawings, technical manuals and engineering change proposals for NSWCPD cognizant systems installed at land-based test sites and onboard surface ships and submarines.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited college or university.

· Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.Location: Philadelphia, PA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
