Kitchen Refresh is seeking an individual with professional sales, executive, business operations management, business leadership, project management or similar experience to become a Kitchen Refresh franchisee focusing on a kitchen remodeling alternative to painting or full replacement of kitchen cabinets. The franchisee owner-operator would be responsible for a territory in the Louisville area.

Job Requirements:

• Conduct prompt and professional communication with leads and clients

• Perform in-home, design studio, and virtual consultations (training provided)

• Deliver estimate at time of consultation using Quickbooks (training provided)

• Able to convey kitchen remodel expertise, handle objections, and ask for order at time of consultation (training provided)

• Identify and create working relationships with a finish carpenter, painter, and other vendors and contractors (guidance provided)

• Coordinate with finish carpenter contractor for cabinet door and drawer front measuring for product orders, as well as door and drawer front, drawer box, cabinet box, crown moulding, and related installations and work (training provided)

• Follow proven marketing, sales, and installation processes (training provided)

• Must have a valid driver's license

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English

As a Kitchen Refresh franchisee, you would be buying into the Kitchen Refresh kitchen remodeling system and would be responsible for serving and maintaining a defined territory. Kitchen Refresh franchises are independently owned and operated. The hourly wage range is an estimate based on profit rates of product sales relative to time spent on business. Actual pay rate may be more or less depending on how closely you follow the systems and other factors. Franchisees can also earn additional profits on upsell and cross sale opportunities.
