Description
CME Associates is seeking a highly motivated Planner with a minimum 1-3 years experience in the field, to work with public and private sector clients throughout New Jersey. The firm seeks a highly motivated individual to work on wide range of planning topics including land use reviews and zoning analysis, redevelopment plans and other similar studies, master plan and various other elements and affordable housing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in City, Regional, and/or Urban Planning or related field required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environmental and as an individual on project and tasks
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with ArcGIS, AutoCAD, SketchUP, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
- 1- 3 year Prior experience as a Planner
Preferred Qualifications
- New Jersey planning licensure (P.P.), or ability to obtain within one (1) year)
- Certified by AICP

Currently, CME Associates provides a complete range of Environmental, Geotechnical, Engineering, Surveying, and Planning services and has represented both the public and private sectors on a wide range of projects and, specifically, projects relating to the environment, including water and wastewater treatment facilities and pipelines; wastewater and potable water master plans; water resources and treatment, storage and conveyance facilities; surface and groundwater monitoring; landfills; recycling facilities implementation plans; environmental impact statements; highway and roadway construction; large residential and commercial development projects, and major capital construction projects.
