Position: Machine Operator – Production Assistant

Reports to: Shift Supervisor – Ashley Conner

Shift: 2nd Shift

Schedule: 2nd) shift- 3:00pm – 11:30pm - Monday to Friday

Lunch/Breaks: 30 minute lunch – Clock out & 2-10 minute breaks ( Do NOT Clock out)

Training: 2 weeks on 1st shift - 7am - 3:30pm

Job Requirements:

1. Safety

• · Utilize the following Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• · Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• · Prevent accidents and control safety hazards
• · Report accidents and/or safety concerns to Shift Leader

2. Quality/Production

• · Perform the following quality control checks for the following items during quality assurance

3 Production

• · Labeling parts with UPC
• Boxing parts according to specifics of the parts

4. Housekeeping

• o Clean and wipe of extruders and auxiliary equipment
• o Sweep production area
• o Sweep and clean wood cutting area
• o Sweep and clean blundering area
• o Put away tools
• o Empty trash cans
• o Empty portable dumpster
• o Clean break room
• o Clean restroom(s)
