Production Planning Supervisor

About the role:

This site has 250 employees and is searching for a Supply Planning Supervisor to manage production planning, material purchasing, and inventory levels.

You'll be supervising and mentoring a team of 6 coordinators & specialists.

You'll be responsible for organizing material production lines to hit planned targets for all units as well as managing imported & exported materials to maintain overall supply and budget.

The main focus in this role is on KPI's, escalating issues with suppliers and production, and ensuring materials are ready to go in a timely manner, collaborating on site with shipping & receiving & engineering teams.

Minimum Requirements:

• B.S. Operations Management, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
• 8+ years of experience in production & supply planningBackground out of chemicals, consumer products, or foods with multiple production lines
• 3+ years of leadership & supervision experience is a must
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
