KTP has an immediate opening for a Production Supervisor on 3rd shift at our liquid-filling manufacturing facility in Port Washington, Wisconsin. The Production Supervisor leads the employees to safely produce the customer's products to the appropriate quality standard in a manner consistent with customer expectations and KTP’s policies and procedures. This includes production efficiencies, waste control, human resource, safety, and quality concerns or issues.

Sign-on Bonus Details

$500 paid at 60 days, $1000 at 6 months. Must be in good standing to qualify. Bonus will be paid on the next full pay period once the milestone has been reached.

Our ideal candidate leads by example and is consistent in all that they do. Strong leadership skills are a must, and focus on accountability to drive results. This candidate must be willing to push production and always focus on safety. Experience with Temp labor is a plus. Strong skills in coaching and development are a must.

Requirements

• Requires a high school diploma or GED. An associate’s degree in supervision or operations management is preferred.
• Prior experience (2-4 years) supervising production employees in a manufacturing environment.
• Requires strong organizational and time-management skills with good attention to detail and ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects.
• Must have strong analytical/problem solving skills.
• Strong project management skills

• Demonstrated excellence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point), experience with Google Suite.
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with information.
