In the role of Production Services Analyst working in Fort Worth, TX you will be part of the Production Services department in brewery operations. You will be responsible for the ddevelopment of a daily production schedule for Packaging and will order appropriate direct materials. You will also establish and maintain a 14 day SKU flow in order to project direct material requirements and identify product shortages.
This position reports to the Production Services Manager and works closely with the Packaging Operational Teams.
The Responsibilities:

Develop monthly and long range production schedules for Packaging as well as direct materials preliminary forecasts for these periods.

Manage package and order swaps, and assess the causes in order to improve customer service.

Proactive alignment of orders to production schedule

Work with brewing a packaging departments to align schedule with distributor needs

Work with warehouse to minimize aging, obsolete, hold, & re-stock
The Other Qualifications:

Possess a proven track record of achievement in a high speed, high volume manufacturing environment

Demonstrable evidence of driving World Class Supply Initiatives to deliver on challenging objectives

You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities. You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy

You are serious about delivering results, and take pride in a proven track record in delivering.

We prefer you have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or like field.

Your experience will include a minimum of one (1) year experience in production scheduling against order placement and removals.
