Silgan Containers has an immediate opening for Mechanical Talent at our multi-technology can plant in Toppenish, WA.

We want to talk to you if you have a knack or natural talent for:

• Figuring Out How Things Work
• Repairing Or Replacing Worn Parts,

* Pay range is $25.20/hour to $28.44 /hour + shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance, 401K, and union pension. *

What you’ll do:

• Assist with the installation, launch, and qualification of our newest can-making machines
• Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and modify all mechanical systems
• Use precision measuring tools and work with close tolerances up to .00010
• Work with management to improve work area, safety, quality, cost, and productivity

We need you to have:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Can do-will do attitude
• Experience working with machinery, cars, farm equipment, etc.
