Wojan Window & Door is a manufacturer of custom commercial aluminum windows, sliding glass doors, and terrace doors with locations in Charlevoix and Coldwater, Michigan.

We have several production positions at our Charlevoix facility that we're ready to fill immediately. This is full-time, year-round employment on a 4/10’s schedule, day shift only, 6:00am - 4:30pm, Monday through Thursday with overtime on Fridays as needed. Start from $15.00/hr. with the opportunity to earn a weekly attendance bonus.

• Factory experience is not required – we can train you on the job.
• Some positions do require experience with basic hand tools and/or the ability to safely lift 50 pounds.
• You will be standing, moving, bending regularly for a 10-hour shift. There are no seated positions.
• Where required, experience with hand tools includes tape measure, hammer/mallet, screwdriver, nail gun, drill, etc.
• Some positions require the ability to read, learn to understand, and follow detailed order paperwork.
