Your job is to assure satisfaction of artist, customer, and staff at the Crystal Grand Music Theatre by keeping shows organized, scheduled, and accommodating for all parties involved. The duties and qualities expected of you in this position are as follows:

• Advance shows with the Tour Manager to ensure catering, hotels, and any other odds & ends are set up before the show.
• Work with CG Stage Manager to ensure we are following show budgets, scheduling the day properly, fully staffed, etc.
• Schedule show days including set up times, sound checks, doors open, set & changeover times, etc.
• Oversee security and work with Head of Security to ensure a plan for the evening is set up at least 7 days before the show
• Hire event staff and schedule them for each show as necessary - work with Black Shirt security to come up with a plan for staff placement
• Be on site venue rep from the time of artist arrival to time of artist departure.
• Attend security meeting as acting venue rep with the Tour Manager and Head of Security
• Run and schedule meet and greet with Tour Manager
• Handle artist settlement and keep track of bonus potentials.
• Schedule runner for each show
• Organize vehicles for runners, and set up artist drop offs and pick ups.
• Make sure all other departments are supported on a show day and check in with department heads to provide support if necessary, during down times
• Handle merch set up, seller, and settlement
• Have a strong management style and be detail oriented
• Have the ability to work with many different personalities successfully
• Handle all hotel dealings for artist and customers
• Have the ability to make confident decisions regarding running of show and venue

In this position you will be working closely with the artists and crew that come into the venue and there is an expectation of professionality that is not to be compromised for any reason.

You will work with every department in the theatre to ensure all touchpoints for customers and artist provide the experience we are looking to create that will encourage them to come back.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
