Labor Solutions has gained partnerships with multiple industrial manufacturers that need our assistance with their hiring needs for their job opportunities. We are in search of a Production Lead to join their team.
The Production Lead will report to the VP of Operation and will be responsible for overseeing production and Production Parts Approval Process (PPAP) reporting.
What will I do?
- Be a Production and Quality Lead.
- Work alongside the VP of Operations.
- Oversee production only.
- Provide direction to production team members.
- Trains, mentors, and monitors production team members.
- PPAP and or FARES experience for reporting.
What makes me qualified?
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2-5 year's experience.
- Metal industry experience.
- Quality experience.
- MS Office; Word and Excel.
- Ability to work 1st shift 7am to 3:30pm M-F
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $31.00 per hour
