Essential Job Functions:

• Test ductile iron
• Shovel sand to prevent machine downtime
• Operate Goff / QC inspection process
• Operate HIV ac.
• Cover all foundry positions: Sprue, Bull Pusher, Auto Pour, DISA
• Load cores in DISA
• Operate Greenard
• Understand production schedule
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor

Language Skills:
Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, simple drawings, procedure manuals and internal method sheets. Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers and leadership.

Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
