Seeking Full-Time: 1st & 3rd shift Production Floor Managers for our High Volume Commercial Bakery – NOT retail.
Our Managers monitor the staff's performance from baking to packing, delegating tasks, and ensuring the team's maximum productivity to support business operations. They are the motivators that help keep a positive work environment and quality products following our strict protocol of food safety (SQF level 2).
1st Shift: Starts at Midnight
3rd Shift: Starts at 3PM·
Duties:
· Give job assignments to team members to ensure timely and accurate completion.
· Oversee Baking & Packing Department of 20+ employees
· Complete paperwork
· Maintain a clean and organized production
· Provide backup support for all department functions
· Train employees
· Support and comply with our GMP’s
· Follow all company policies and procedures

Requirements
· Full availability to work (we are open 24/7; you will work 5 days and have 2 days off; schedules may vary)
· Must have at least 3 years of Lead/manager experience. Must also have food production experience.
· Ability to work overtime (with fresh product made daily, orders need to be completed)
· Reliable transportation day or night (shifts may vary)
· Ability to read and speak English
· Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time
· Must be 18 years of age or older
· No jewelry, no artificial nails, no nail polish, no perfume/cologne, no make-up, no hand/body lotions, no false eyelashes
