Ihre Aufgaben:
- Ermittlung der Vorgabezeiten nach Anlehnung an die gängigen Methoden wie REFA und MTM
- Planen, Durchführen und Auswerten von internen Prozess Kontrollen
- Mitarbeit bei der Implementierung, Integration und Optimierung neuer Prozesse und Abläufe in der Fertigung
- Überwachung und Wirksamkeitskontrolle der jeweiligen Qualitätsstandards im Werk
- Unterstützung bei der Optimierung der Prozesse durch zielgerichtete Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen (CAPA)
- Weiterentwicklung und Kommunikation des Qualitätsmanagementsystems inkl. der dazugehörigen Dokumente und Umsetzung sowie Kontrolle der Kundenanforderungen im Werk
- Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung, sowie der Betreuung von Nullserien und Testläufen
Ihr Profil:
- Langjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Prozess und Ablaufoptimierung
- Gute PC- Kenntnisse
- Selbstständiges, verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten
- Teamfähigkeit
- Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
