What you will do:

As our Production Coordinator, you will help the Operations Teams by effectively and positively leading the production team members to ensure our products, that help control and monitor one of the world’s most valuable and limited resources– Water, are defect free and meet or exceed customer expectations. This position works in our St. Petersburg, FL location.

The job:

Every day, your primary role will be to provide direction and leadership on the production floor as well as act as a liaison with the design and warehouse teams. You will continually monitor, lead, and contribute to continuous improvement on the production floor. You will positively lead, train, coach and evaluate production team members to ensure department objectives are met.

The skills you need:

To succeed in this role, you must have an understanding of electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. You must have experience with effective communication and leadership in a manufacturing environment and should possess a lean manufacturing background. A background in an electrical field and 1-2 years of experience is preferred.
