Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: (100% of the time)

• Perform production tasks according to standard operating procedures and guidelines.
• Assist other Associates in their assigned duties when needed.
• Train on Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
• Identify and report unsafe practices to the Supervisor immediately.
• Attend job training related to production and machinery for professional growth.
• Complete daily assigned tasks to meet production volume and schedule
• Ensure that the work environment is maintained clean, safe, and organized by participating in 6S
• Identify and report problems concerning equipment and materials.
• Ensure that the manufactured product meets customer specifications.
• Maintain documentation for production-related activities for reference purposes.
• Performs quality assurance
• Stay up-to-date with production processes and client divisions.
• Cross-train within individual departments, at least 50% cross-trained to other departments
• Knowledgeable and able to follow lean manufacturing concepts
• Physically creates a product
• Performs inspections and sign-off on quality control issues (Tier 2 in Checkpoint). Has access to customer orders and databases.
• Possesses authorization level (e.g., place on hold, check for quality issues, communicate to management)
• Equipment/Machinery operation
